Someone made me uncomfortable

Open the plan and scroll to Report or Block host. In a plan's list of people, tap someone to report or block them. In chat, touch and hold a message to report it or block its sender. Blocking hides their plans and messages from you. We review reports and act on anything that breaks the rules.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete account. It deletes your profile, photo, plans, messages and saved places. Upcoming plans you host are cancelled and the people in them are told. You can also remove Pookster from Sign in with Apple in your iPhone's Settings.

Why does Pookster want my location?

To center the map and find things nearby. It isn't tracked. You can pick a city instead.

I'm not getting notifications

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Pookster and make sure they're allowed.

How do I see the tips again?

Profile → Show tips again.

A place or event is wrong

Hours and prices change, so check the official link on the place. If something's wrong in Pookster, email us and we'll fix it.
